BECCA GROMAN
President
Becca has been an EMT since 2014 and a registered nurse since 2017. She joined CVRS in 2017. She has experience in cardiac and emergency medicine and holds certifications in emergency and trauma nursing from the BCEN. She is an ACLS instructor and is certified in BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and EVOC.
Becca was born and raised in Williamsburg and has lived in Southampton County since 2016. In addition to volunteering with CVRS, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

QUINCY JONES
Lieutenant
Quincy was born September 23, 1972 in Nansemond County (Suffolk), VA. He started volunteering with Courtland Volunteer Rescue Squad in 2003 and has served as an EMT in Courtland over the years. He is currently serving as the lieutenant of CVRS.
He has been married to his wife, Mary, for 19 years. They have one daughter, Tamari, who currently serves as a junior member of CVRS. He has been employed at Huntington Ingalls Shipyard for 12 years. When he is not volunteering, Quincy enjoys road trips and riding his motorcycle. His favorite TV shows are ER, One Fatal Attraction, 48 Hours, and Family Feud. His favorite book is the Bible and his favorite instrument is the bass guitar.
